This policy explains what personal data we collect through adproperty.ae, why, and the rights you have. It applies to visitors worldwide, including visitors in the European Union, where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, and in the United Arab Emirates, where Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies. Who we are
The data controller is Vierra Property Broker, licence CN-5292646, ADCP Tower C, Office 1101, Electra Road, Al Danah, Zone 1, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, which operates the Abu Dhabi Property website and brand. What we collect
- Event registrations. Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, number of guests, indicative budget, main interest, whether you want marketing updates, and the campaign or page that brought you to us.
- Enquiries. Whatever you choose to send us on WhatsApp, including through the contact form, which only pre-writes a WhatsApp message and stores nothing on this site.
- Analytics and advertising data, only if you accept cookies: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and interactions with our ads, collected by Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. See the cookie policy.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To register you for an event, send you its venue, time and programme, and remind you of it: your consent and steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- To follow up on your interest in investing in Abu Dhabi property: steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- To send news about future events and opportunities: only with your separate, optional consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
- To measure visits and the performance of our advertising: your consent through the cookie banner (art. 6(1)(a)).
- To meet legal duties that apply to property brokers in the UAE, such as identity checks if you go on to buy: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
Who receives it
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it for us: Google (Google Forms and Sheets for registrations, Google Analytics), Meta (WhatsApp messaging and the Meta pixel), and our website hosting provider. If you go on to buy, we share what is needed with developers, banks and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre to complete the transaction.
International transfers
We are based in the UAE, and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, for certified US providers, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Event registrations: up to 24 months after the event, unless you become a client, in which case for as long as the relationship and the law require.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
- Analytics and advertising data: for the periods listed in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting what happened before. To use these rights, message us on WhatsApp or write to us at the address above; we reply within one month.
If you are in the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Children
This site and our events are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
